History
The City of Broken Bow's Treatment Plant was constructed in 1990-91 and is designed to be gravity flow. The unique design allows us to maintain our water flow, even when conditions are not favorable. In 2009, our treatment plant completed expansion to treat 10 million gallons per day to better serve our communities.
Water Source and Laboratory
Our raw water source is from Broken Bow Lake. Broken Bow Lake is known as the cleanest and clearest lake in Oklahoma.

Water Rate Schedule
Residential/Commercial
$10.00 minimum for the first 1,500 gallons
$2.10 per 1,000 gallons over 1,500 for customers within city limits.
$3.30 per 1,000 gallons over 1,500 for customers outside city limits.
Wholesale
$2.10 per 1,000 gallons for municipalities and rural water districts
Industrial
$2.10 per 1,000 gallons inside city limits
$2.20 per 1,000 gallons outside city limits
Sewer Rate Schedule
Residential/Commercial
$14.50 minimum for the first 1,500 gallons of water usage.
$2.90 per 1,000 gallons from 1,501 to 2500 gallons of water usage.
$3.20 per 1,000 gallons from 2501 to 4500 gallons of water usage.
$3.50 per 1,000 gallons from 4501 to 6500 gallons of water usage.
$4.00 per 1,000 gallons over 6500 gallons of water usage.
